My part of the trade with ~LunaMikogami.
At first, I was supposed to just draw one of her chars... but since I took so long to get over my artblock-time, her wish changed a bit. So instead, I was supposed to draw a picture of the character "Umbra" of ~UmbraTheDemon, 'cause of her birthday... which is right today. So Umbra. Even though I would have probably NOT drawn a picture for your birthday due to my extremely annoying art-block on the practical side, I still want to wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! New year, new chances, let's make this year better for ya! Now, considering this picture... I wanted to be brave. Because, you see it yourself, it's a human character. Actually, I wanted to draw the anthro-version of Umbra at first, but since I know how much she likes to draw her chars as humans at the moment, I wanted to try the human-char as well. ... nja. First time I ever submit a serious piccie of a human char... I know there's a freakin' huge mass of mistakes in that pic, but even though that's the case, I am still glad it actually came out like THIS. I'm looking forward to improve more... and once that has been done, maybe I'll draw this character once again... more accurate of course. Tried some detailed shading, too. Like... more detailed than usual. I mean, if the drawing is bad, at least the shading should be done as well as possible, right? Oh. And I actually wanted it to be some kinda fighting-pose, since I thought this fits the char best... well... I couldn't decide on such a pose, so I chose the "You better don't waste my time with your excuses"-pose in some sort of a reference-picture. ... category panic. Is this Anime/Manga-style?  drew the picture. requested the picture / is the trade-partner for this trade. is (the owner of) the shown character "Umbra".... <- Awww~, such a nice team-avi~ |

Um... I ... drew it. First drew the surrounding, then drew the shadow on it, copying the shape of the character as well as I could. ^^" There's nothing big of techniques used.

DANKE!!! (auch wenns "nur" ein Trade ist)
Sieht cool aus in deinem Style. Süß und böse in einem! Vor allem das Misstrauische gefällt mir dann beim Ausdruck. Die colo ist besser als sonst, der Aufwand hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Ist vor allem auffällig bei Kleidung und Haare!
